Operators
Flights are performed by independent air operators. Our policy is to request evidence of the applicable Air Operator Certificate (or equivalent authorisation) and insurance from operators before presenting their services to clients.
Cargo
Dangerous goods must be classified, packed, labelled and declared by the shipper in accordance with applicable regulations. Acceptance is always at the carrier's discretion.
Sanctions & screening
We may decline any request that we believe could breach applicable sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering laws.
Data protection
Client data is stored using access-controlled systems and shared with partners only as needed to fulfil a request. See our privacy policy.
